Hard seal mud gate valve is a general valve. The sealing surface which is between the ram and seat is sprayed with a layer of hard alloy layer. The stem seals by fluorine rubber filler.

Its advantages are wear resistance, corrosion resistance, low friction coefficient, abrasion resistance, good sealing effect, small open torque, long service life due to the use of the hard alloy sealing surface.

It can apply to petroleum, natural gas and the main control element of mud manifold widely. It also can be used as drilling bop wellhead system products.

Connection end of mud gate valve is mainly used for oil drilling mud circulating system to control the mud flow and stop. It can install equipment quickly and conveniently, connected through the trapezoidal thread connector.

The equipment is safe and reliable in strong hardness, connecting end mud gate valve and gate is sealed by the metal surface parallel. The sealing effect is good and easy to open. Both ends of the valve and pipe are connected by the spherical valve. Removable rubber seal ring is connected as O shape, sealing performance is very well after installation.
