Product Description
GPowering POWERACK Series GP-BRM ballasted roof mounting system is widely used in commercial & residential distributed solar power system.
Unique modular structure design optimizes the performance of the solar system. It provides flexibility on installation on different roof condition, even around roof obstructions and help avoiding shaded area.
Our ballasted roof mounting system is designed to be cost competitive solutions for various commercial and residential solar power systems. It has been tested under stress analysis and wind engineering analysis, wind tunnel testing data, allows less ballast weight and no or less roof penetrations for most site applications.
The design of the mounting system complies with AS/NZS 1170, DIN 1055, IBC 2012, GB50009-2012 and other local building code and construction acts.
We use hot dip galvanized steel, SUS305 stainless steel, and high-strength aluminum alloy of AL6063 &AL6005 as structure materials to provide excellent anticorrosion to allow the structure standing up extremely climate condition.
Additionally, the mounting system is developed as a kit that can by pre-assemble before shipping. It significantly reduces the installation time and cost on project site. Flexible design supports installation on various type of roof and is field adjustable for the installation deviation. There are solutions for different angles of 5°, 10°, 15° and 20°.
Customized design is also available.
