GPowering POWERACK Series GP-SPM single post ground mounting system is widely used in large ground solar PV system. It supports framed and frameless module installation.

The structural design of this system is optimized by mechanics examination and wind engineering analysis. It meets local building codes and relevant standards of construction loads such as AS/NZS 1170, DIN 1055, IBC 2012, GB50009-2012.It uses the HDP galvanized steel, SUS304 stainless steel, and AL6063, AL6005 High-strength anodized aluminum alloy as the structure materials, which provide high anticorrosion feature. It is suitable for extremely climate condition. POWERACK Series GP-SPM single post ground mounting racking system uses the special extruded aluminum rail and U channel rail nuts, with different kinds of module clamp kit, it also can be pre-assemble in a large extend. This makes the installation easier and quicker to realize saving your labor cost and time. It reduces 30%~ 50% foundation requirements and it is competitive in most of PV plants. According to the actual site condition, we provide different foundation solutions, such as direct buried foundation, strip type concrete foundation, precast ballasted, etc.

The rail nut can be easily put in from any place of the aluminum solar mounting rails or U channel. These rail nut, module clamp, post bracket and cable clamps can be pre-assembled before shipping to minimize the installation time, and save labor cost.

To make sure of the durability of the tracker, all structure components are comprised of HDP galvanized steel, SUS304 stainless steel and AL6063 & AL6005 anodized aluminum alloy. It is design for at least 20 years service life and 12 years quality warranty.
