The way waste tyre recycling to fuel oil can solve this problem. And the waste tyre oil can equal to the crude oil. Waste tyre oil refined has been the trend of the world. The production of waste tyre oil in our company improve day by day,year by year.

Application of end products

Crude oil: Oil from this machine can be used as industrial fuel for burning. 

Carbon black: First,Carbon black from this machine is crude. You can sell it to the brick factory as internal combustion or to the factory which need it as raw materials, such as shoe, tire, cable and sealant companies. Second, could make further process, make carbon black powder into carbon black briquette, use it for burning.

Steel wire: It can be sold to the iron and steel company directly.

Waste gas: we have a speical design could recycling it into fire furnace for burning.

Working process

1.Put raw material into reactor by auto feeder, then close feeding door.

2.Make reactor rotate clockwise 0.4r/min.

3.Burned the fuel material (coal, wood, natural gas or oil) in the furnace. Reactor will be slowly heated, when the temperature reach around 80℃, oil gas will come out.

4.The oil gas will through catalyst chamber and condenser pipe,getting to the water oil separator.Some water of the tyres will sink to the bottom,and the oil will float on the water.Then about 60% oil will flow to the first oil tank.

5.The other gas will go to cooling system,it through slowly and have a good recycle in horizontal condenser.Then we will get about 40% oil flow to the second oil tank.

6.Some incondensable gas which can’t cool down will be get to the anti-back fire device,then it will be recycled to the heating system,used to heat reactor which can save your energy. Only the first 2 hours use energy for heating. After the first 2 hours mainly use gas, little energy is OK. 

7.When the temperature get to about 300℃,there are no tyre in the reactor,and the oil will come out over.At this time,we will stop heating,when the temperature fall down to 100℃- 150℃. Then open the door of carbon black discharging system,and make it rotate anticlockwise, the carbon black will get to the pool automatically.

8. After discharging carbon black,open the vacuum pump device.Release the air inside the furnace,avoiding to catch fire.

9.When the temperature deduce to about 50℃, we can opened the door of reactor take steel wire out.

10. And then you can start the next batch.

Advantages

a)Safety

1)All cutting, rolling and welding works are finished by automatic machines,The head of reactor and accessories are using one-piece molding shell cover rather than welded plate.

2)Two devices to avoid backfire in production:oil-water separator and anti-back fire device.

3)Vacuum device makes reactor working under ordinary pressure or negative pressure.

4)Temperature monitoring device to avoid excessive working temperature.

5) Pressure gauge to monitor the pressure. If it goes above a certain level, the bell will alarm and the safety valve will release the pressure automatically.

• Carbon black is discharged in a closed situation to avoid catching fire.

b)High oil yield

As we all know that condenser is the most important part of the machine.

For the old type,the condenser only has 4 pieces,2 vertical condensers and 2 horizontal condensers.And it is wide,each one is 3 meters,total length is 12 meters.Our new condenser has 7 pieces,the dimension isφ325mm×L3000mm(for 10 tons),total length is 21 meters,it is more thin than the old type.And each one inside also has several small pipe for the oil gas through,the oil gas will through slowly separately and long distance could have a good recycle.In this way we maximize the cooling effect and improve the oil yield.

c)High oil quality

The oil gas is purified by molecular sieve inside catalyst chamber so that the quality of oil is Higher. 

d) Special design for carbon black discharging system

Our carbon black discharging system is on the side of the reactor.When the oil come out over,the temperature reduce to 100℃ to150℃，we will open the door of carbon black discharging system,the furnace will be reversed, the carbon black will be get to the pool automatically.Then there will be a cover on the pool,the carbon black won’t fly,no pollution.

e)Energy saving

1)The flame path is designed as spiral so that the quantity of heat can be fully used.

2) The residual gas from pyrolysis is recycled to furnace burning to heating the reactor.

3) The insulation cover is formed by 3 levels: steel plate, rock wool and refractory cement.Excellent thermal insulation effect helps saving fuel.

f)Environmental protection

1)No gas pollution

There are two types gas emission during the whole process.One is the smoke from the chimney,the heating system burning fuel material will produce some smoke,our machine water membrane dedusting device and odor removal tank.After treatment,the smoke is very light.Another type is tail gas after pyrolysis,it can recycled to heating system as fuel material.

2)No water pollution

No matter cooling system and dust removal system,the water is recycled,it needn’t to discharge.

1. No smell pollution

If the tyre burned directly,it will have strong acrid smell.All the connection of the machine,we use professional sealing material.No smoke,smell and gas leak out.

1. No noise pollution

Draught fan is the most noisy parts of the whole process,but it is less than 50db.

5)The procedure to remove carbon black is working under closed situation to avoid pollution,no dust fly.
