Introduction:

1. Square tube lathe bed, T-Shaped cast iron Longmen or cast iron Longmen structure. Aviation aluminum working mesa(1.8mm).

2. 3-axis(XYZ) use four 86BYG-450A step motor(Jiangsu Changzhou) and MA860H drivers.

3. XY-axis use Hiwin linear guideway rack transmission, linear guideway diameter is 20mm (Taiwan Shangyin or Yintai), Z-axis ball screw (1605) linear guideway transmission.

4. Double exchange transformer (AC60V 500W) power supply.

5. Frequency transformer is Shenzhen Sifang, water-cooled brushless frequency-change spindle.(3.2kw).

6.3-axis motor line is CNC High soft lines(4*0.75), spindle line is shielding high soft line(3*1.5).

7. The processing precision is 0.05mm, diagonal error is 1mm.

8. Design software is TYPE3, ARTCAM, control system is NCstudio , DSP and Mach3 are optional.

9. Packing is free fumigation wooden box (via high temperature fumigation).

10. 380V 5.5KW vacuum pump for vacuum working table and  380V 5.5KW double bags dust collector.

11. Therotary axis, diameter is 250mm, length is 1500mm.

How to find the best suitable machine?

3. The working size you needed. We name machine according their working size, different model means different working area, of course we also can make machine as your design.

What is the main payment method:

For our machine, we can accept T/T, Western Union and the L/C payment.

How about delivery:

Make this machine need 5 7 working days after your payment, and from our factory to Shanghai port need 3 days. So for FOB delivery time need 7-10 days.

About CIF term delivery time, the ocean transportation, go to Southeast of  Asia and Australia is very short time(10-20 days). To Europe, North of America and the Middle Asia need about 20-40 days. Go to South of America need about 30-50 days. And about Africa need about 40-70 days.
