Introduction:
1. Square tube iron lathe bed, cast iron Longmen structure(T-shape). Aviation aluminum working mesa(1.8mm)
2. 3-axis(XYZ) use 4 pieces 86BYG-450A step motor(Jiangsu Changzhou) and MA860H drivers(leadshine).
3. X, Y,Z-axis use Hiwin linear guideway（diameter 20), X Y axis are rack transmit, Z-axis ball screw (2510 or 1605). l
4. Double exchange transformer AC(60v500w) power supply.
5. China 3.0KW water-cooler brushless frequency-change spindle and 3.7 KW inverter.
6. 3-axis motor line is CNC High soft lines(4*0.75), spindle line is shielding high soft line(3*1.5).
7. The processing precision is 0.03-0.05mm, diagonal error is 1mm
8. Design software is Artcam, TYPE3, Ucancam. MasterCAM, and the control system is NCstudio or DSP, Mach3.
9. Z-axis working height is 200mm.
