Colors：light grey or white. Pipes for cold water are marked with blue stripes while pipes for hot water are marked with red stripes. Other colors are also available on request.

Welding Points

1. Both pipes and fittings adopt butt fusion joints and are not allowed to put wire directly .Connecting with the metal pipes and water devices, fittings with metal insert must be used.

2. To ensure the welding quality, our pipes, fittings and matched fuse machines must be used in the process of butt fusion joints.

3. Hand-held welding tools are suitable for small diameter pipes and the final connections of piping, while Car-welding machines are suitable for the preassembly connections of large diameter pipes.

4. Welding operation should be in accordance with specified technical parameters. Arbitrarily rotating pipes is not allowed during heating and socketing. But the position of joints can be slightly adjusted within a few seconds after connecting pipes and joints. The normal fusion should have a uniform welding circle.

5. Technology parameters of welding operation should be adjusted according to the climate conditions. After construction, it must pass the acceptance inspection of pressure test before sealed and used.

Welding Procedures

1. Mark the insertable depth in the inserted ends.

2. Clean the end faces for connecting and insert pipes to pipe connector covers.

3. Heat pipes which need connecting using the fuse machine. Heating parameters should comply with technical requirements of the fuse machine.

4. Immediately remove the pipes and fittings simultaneously while achieving the heating time and then quickly linear uniform insert them to the marked insertable depth without rotating in order to form uniformity flanges in joints.

5. Put on the pipe connector covers after welding.

6. Pipe and fittings are completely melt, really perfect identical. 

PP-R pipes of all specifications could be in white and grey color.
