• Feature

The most important design requirements for bakelite screw barrel.
The injection screw has no zone of compression.
The cylinder should be heated by oil.
The screw should be made of wear-resistant steel with a surface hardness of 60 HRC.
The cylinder should be also wear-resistant (bimetallic cylinder).
Electric heating cartridges can be used to heat the mould
