LY-3350 perborate softener is based on specific structure and degree of polymerization fatty acid-based raw materials. Add variety of smooth, soft and hydrophilic organic silicon groups, special refining process. This product is very excellent in silicon-based pickling softener. After finished fabric breathability, resistance to tearing, feel fluffy, soft and smooth, is the most cost-effective one of sodium softener products on the market.

Apply to soft handling of cotton, linen, wool and other natural fibers; also used for soft finish of polyester, acrylic and other synthetic fibers blended woven fabrics, knitted fabrics.

How to use:
1, Impregnation process Using bath ratio 1:15-20 temperature processing: 35 ~ 40 ℃, reference dosage 1-3%, processing time: 30-40 min. Washed fabric impregnated at 35-40 ℃ working solution 30-40 mine drainage, dewater and dry.
2. Padding process dip rolling (or Second Baptist rolling), rolling rate 60 to 70% (or process requirements) general amount is 10 to 30 g/L.
Storage to save: -5 ~ 40 ℃ ambient conditions do not open original packaging, shelf life is 12 months.
