CHARACTERISTICS:
1. Applicable for any toe puff material, especially for thermoplastic material.
2. Uniquely designed pressurization outer mould ensures a more compact shaping effect.
3. Shoe upper positioning board device allows precise and convenient placing of shoe upper, thus making the operation process easier and more accurate.
4. After the pre-shaping of lasting shoe, the insole sewing can be adjusted better to avoid crooked upper defect.
5. Highly accurate shoe centre line due to pre-moulding enables easier last insertion and lasting process to achieve less waste as well as better yields.
6. Special shoe last mould positioning method help facilitate mould replacing.
