Toe cap shaping.
CHARACTERISTICS:
1. Suitable for any toe puff material, better for hot melt adhesive material.
2. The pre-shaped toe cap makes the last insertion process much easier, thus improving output.
3. After the moulding process, the upper and lining will be attached tightly to avoid wrinkle &bubble defect.
4. The pre-shaped toe cap facilitates better calibration of insole fabric sewing so as to retain perfect upper appearance and less waste.
5. Custom-made last mould offers the highest accuracy.
