SQ840T two component polysulfide sealant for insulating glassis an elastomeric sealant that has no solvent, has double components, and is solidified at room temperature. It has good cohesive property for materials such as glass, aluminum alloy and galvanized steel. It is applicable for the manual coating production line of insulating glass. It can be used together with butyl seal tape (elastomeric sealant) and can also be used singly.

Note：Above experiment condition is the temperature of 23± 2℃, relative humidity of 50±5%，and mixing proportion of A：B=100：10. Stretching cohesive strength is obtained after the seal tape has been put under above condition for seven days.
Direction for use
Surface clearing：The surface of adhered material must be clean and dry, and have no dirt so as to guarantee good cohesive property.
Mixing process：The proportion of component A and B is A：B=100：1 within which the proportion of component A and B can be adjusted to change the solidifying velocity of elastomeric sealant（The larger the mass of component B becomes, the rapider the solidifying velocity is； The smaller the mass of component B becomes, the slower the solidifying velocity is）；Mixing should be homogeneous and have no chromatic aberration.
Rubber coating process：one should coat along same direction to prevent air bubble from being wrapped into the glue and reducing the seal performance of insulating glass.
Precautions
Prohibit admix-using with silicon elastomeric sealant, otherwise its cohesive property will be affected.
Construction temperature should be more than 5℃, otherwise its solidifying velocity and cohesive property will be affected.
