XZ-350 automatic Panel cutting machine

This machine adopts touch-screen + PLC + advance ball screw + straight line guide orientation + feeding type of servo motor drives, precision control size of feeding. Cutting knife movable equipment adopts good clutch brake system, quickly speed, large power; also safety protected cover, offer oil system of hand pressure, half broken and broken operation at the same time or they can change automatically. Surface is good, stable performance.

Usage:

This machine is mainly used for single panel cutting, precision cutting material such as rubber panel, silicon rubber double faces tape, aluminum /copper foil, rubber magnetic tape, sponge, PU film, guide magnetic, guide hot material, protected material, back light material, etc. also uses cutting of other back soft tape.

Main parameters:

Cutting area: 500-600mm, makes some specification your request.

Working is half broken and broken at the same time( as ten knifes half broken and one broken)

You can cut square and graphics, precision cutter:±0.05mm;

Feeding type: feeding motor adopts 750KW servo motor, straight line guide orientation, smooth feeding.

Three types of cutting: single size, Multidimension , and XY cutting mode.
