XZ-808 Optical Film Turret Rewinding Machine

Suitable for rewinding masking tape,optical film,double side tape, Kraft paper, BOPP etc.

Feeding System: Adopts connected unwind base, also we can adjust it according to different material and customers’ requirement.

Rewind System: It adopts air shaft and slip frequency type iron axes with double shaft auto exchange function. Turret rewinding machine use a rotating rewind shaft' system for maximum productivity. Two sets of rewind shafts minimize down-time, by allowing the rewinder to keep running while the operator removes finished rolls and sets up new cores.

Tension Control: Rewind tension adopts magnetic powder clutch, Unwind tension adopts pneumatic tension control

Length Control: Two-step length setting with sensor provides extremely smooth rewinding operations to giving accuracy with rewinding length.

Safety Protection: machine is unable to start when tailstock is open to ensure safety operation.

Optional: 1.5’’,2’’,3’’ Winding shaft
