Topcom was founded in Taiwan and set up production factory in China that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and IECQ QC 080000 quality systems. With a strong R&D team and excellent customer service, we are well equipped to handle OEM and ODM accounts. In addition, we are glad to be an IPO, and can seek out and test any 3C products for customers. We also believe that honesty and solid credit are essential factors in winning long-term business with both new and existing customers.
