WARRANTY We provide one year manufacturer limited warranty. All machine’s fault caused by the defects in material and workmanship of our generator produced by HAIWE is warranted, during the warranty period, HAIWE will offer technical support and sending parts for replacement if needed. The distributors of our products should examine the generators which have problem and feedback to us with related picture and products serial number. HAIWE does not provide warranty for battery and filters. Warrantee period: 1 year or 1000 hours, whichever comes first.
