Moldflow analysis We use Auto CAD or E-drawing for 2D drawing. Before machining, we’ll send full of mold drawings for your approval to insure what we do is just what you want.

We are skilled in the latest mould design or making 3D modeling software: Pro/Engineer, CATIA, SolidWorks, Unigraphics, Master-CAM, Moldflow Mold Making Our in-house tool shop can produce more than 480 new tools each year.

Injection Molding With 11 injection molding machines ranging in size from 30 ton to 200 ton, Xuhui can meet a wide variety of customer needs.

Our injection plastic parts are widely used in electronics and telecommunications, home appliances, office automation, industrial components, and other fields.
