Guilin Boda Automobile Technology Co.，Ltd. was founded in 2002. It is a company providing accident car repair and rapid auto repair service. It includes accident car repair center, Germany BOSCH Rapid Repair Service Station, Car Owner Club and other units. It is a direct member of China Automotive Maintenance and Repair Trade Association subordinate to the Ministry of Transport.

In 2006, the company united with Apollo Automobile Service Technology Inc., a company located in American Silicon Valley and founded a Sino-American vehicle photoelectric product research center which is devoted to vehicle chassis inspection technology and developing high-end vehicle inspection products such as auto four-wheel aligners. In the next year, the company successfully acquired Standard Automobile Technology Co., Ltd., a Sino-American joint venture established by American Apollo Company; therefore started to enjoy the core technology of Apollo’s optics wheel alignment.
