Product Description

The rings and steel balls of GJLB bearings are made of vacuum-degassed GCr15 bearing steel (equivalent to AISI52100 and 100Cr6).The cage is made of punched cold rolled steel (#08 or #10) and reinforced plastic. Shields are made of imported SPCC steel or stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9). Seals are made of nitrile rubber, oil-proof refractory rubber with steel bone frame (#08 or #10), and stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9).The chemical composition of bearing steel and stainless steel as following:
