Our doors is constructed by 2"*6" jamb,and 5/8" by 5/8 "scroll work. You may rest assure that the materials we used will make sure the entrance doors are strong and durable to stand the test of time.

3.Door hardware 

All the entry door comes with heave duty hinge,copper flush bolt, easily-operational glass window latch;

weather stripping arround Jamb and Glass Frame,then more sealed and waterproof.

Door sweep between bottom of door and threshold;

Handle and lock is up to your option,we will drill standard lock holes for buyer.

4.Door Insulation

Doors are injected with a polyurethane foam.The foam expands to fill all of the air space inside of the doors.

5.Door Glass

Glass panels on all iron doors are hinged.This allows for ease of cleaning and ventilation without openning the doors.Glass comes in a variety styles from clear to obscure and everything in between .All glass we used on our iron doors is tempered,double panel and insulated.

6.Door Finishes

Our iron doors undergo a multi-step finishing process,spraying zinc,durable polyester power coating,hand applied antique finishing. Customer can choose between various finishes.

7.Door packing:

Door Frame:five layer carton and bubble paper.

Door leaf with glass: five layer carton ,bubble paper, plywood box.
