Introduction

This automatic filling line, adopts the rotary counting plate with certain numer of foveolas.
All action and performance is controled by PLC with liquid crystal touch screen, easy to operate. All of the pneumatic parts and the electronics are famous brand from Japan or German, e.x., LENZE，FESTO, MITSUBISHI, ARTIC, etc.
The body and the parts contacting with product is stainless steel, clean and sanitary comply with GMP standard.
This filling line can automatically feed empty bottles, fill, add caps, stick lables,seal and conveyer finished products, it can be used to fill various regular shape objects into bottles automatically, such as, small candy, small bolls, beans, pearls, pills, tablets, troches, chewing gums, milk troches, etc.
