Unique screw designs for Nylon solve the problem of PA pipe formation. The extrusion speed can be up to 20m/min. The production of PA pipe is very stable and easy to control. We can also provide double location on-line automatic rolling or precise on-line cutting device according to your requirement.The cutting-unit is advanced and makes the pipes in good shape without burr.
Configuration of PA11 Nylon Pipe Extrusion Line:
Extruder- head die – vacuum calibration water tank - tractor - cutting or rolling machine
Applicable materials: PA11, PA6, PA66, PA1010, PA12.
Product Application：
The nylon pipe product features high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, smooth surface, light weight and strong intensity. So it is widely used in automotive brake tubing, instrument line, air conditioning system, irrigation control system, textile, food factories, vehicle and ship's fuel delivery pipe, vacuum system, oscillation insulator, electrostatic insulator and so on . It can remain stable, normal work under 40 ℃ to + 120 ℃ temperature .The comprehensive performance of PA pipe is very good.
