 Tungsten rod/bar owns the color of silver. Tungsten rod/bar can be classified into two types. One kind is finished rod and the other is semi-finished thick rod used to stretch for making tungsten wire and other shape of products. There are two types of processing tungsten rod/bar methods which can be swaging process and pass rolling. We have exquisite processing technology and the tungsten rod we produced have the advantages of electrodes of high intensity, high temperature oxidation resistance, long service life, resistance to corrosion.

 Application

Tungsten wire is produced by stretching the Tungsten rod to the required diameter under swaging process. With the properties of hardness, low mechanical abrasion and melting resistance, Tungsten rod/bar is widely applied to electrical contacts which can be used for electrical appliances of vehicles equipped, voltage regulator in automobile engine and other electrical systems. In addition, Tungsten rod/bar can be widely used in electrode, the gate pole in electronic tube, side rod, lead-lines, frame, gas lamp electrodes, high-power incandescent filament, the filament in electronic tube and cathode in launch tube, cylinder barrel of advanced automobile etc.
