2, Ink Properties：

Stability analysis,

1) High-temperature accelerate test, the stability of the aging test.

Under the condition of 70 degrees in the accelerate aging for 7 days.

A, the contrast analysis of viscosity, Ph, conductivity and other properties before and after aging.

Analysis, No great changes taking place in the performance indicators before and after the aging, which indicates that they have pass the test form the perspective of chemical properties with good stability.

B, the test and analysis of particle size and big particle amount before and after aging.

show that both the two inks have excellent stability, the average particle size and big particle amount did not change a lot after aging test.

Conclusion, In general, the two inks have passed the stability assessment of the aging test, the stability of all the physical qualities (viscosity, ph, particle size, big particle amount).

Freezing accelerate test,

Test conditions, Freezing(-18, 3 days), tested after resumption of the room temperature..

3, The print performance test,

1), test of flow property, use remanufacture cartridge and CISS, Canon IP1980, IP4500, IP4760, flow property is good, print about 500~2000ml with one printerhead.

2), restart property

The ink is stored in the printer for 15days, print, do not need cleaning, good flow stability. Better than Korean ink.

3), the print pages test, ok. ISO/TEC FCD24711

4), Good Optical density.

5), good edge acuity

6),good bleeding with color ink, better than Korean ink.

4, Other test,

1),good water resistance and lightfastness

2),good dye smear resistance, better than Korean ink

4), no corrosion to the CISS pipe, even after the aging test for the pipeline. For the CISS, the ink with pipeline , an aging test needs to be done.
