(1)Silkscreen printed glass is made by using inorganic color ink to print graphics through a special screen onto glass
(2)Melt colorant into glass surface in a tempering furnace and non-fading, multicolor, graphic silkscreen glass is manufactured
(3)Features:
Thickness: 4 to 19mm, the pattern is smooth, alive and clear
The enamel pattern on the tempered glass is very rigid and unable to be rubbed out
(4)Various patterns are available according to customers
(5)Silkscreen glass is made through printing special pattern by silkscreen method on the glass surface
(6)It is especially used on printing enamel before being tempered on tempered glass
(7)High strength:
3 to 5x the bending and impact strength of ordinary annealed glass of the same thickness
(8)Thermal impact resistance:
Has more resistance to rapid changes in temperature compared to annealed glass, can bear excellent thermal stability that can withstand 250 to 320 degrees Celsius
(9)Safety:
If broken, our tempered glass shatters into fine, blunt and harmless pieces
(10)Flatness and transmittance is close to the normal glass
(11)Applications:
Windows, doors, table tops, shower room glasses, microwave oven door glasses, freeze cabinet top glasses, refrigerator shelf glasses, gas oven top glasses, disinfection cabinet top glasses, kitchen chop boards
