Side guide high accuracy step guide rail system
High rigidity big profile guide rail with nose used as transverse step positioning, guarantee the minimum gap between the skirt and step, decrease the possibility of objects clamp in between.
Step chain-roller inbuilt
The roller has been internally installed in the specially-designed roller step chain. It can effectively fulfill the reduction of the noise during the driving process and bring about a more smooth and quiet operation.
Fault display
When some defect takes place, the trouble code will be displayed in the defect screen. It ensures the effective and accurate trouble position within the shortest time possible. In this way, it greatly enhances the repair and maintenance efficiency.

Eye-catching yellow plastic comb makes the ride of escalator more safe and more easy. 3mm thick skirt panel decreases the distortion and anti-friction material ensures less friction between skirting and step.
Illumination for the passengers
Green light softly beams out from the space between the engaged teeth of the two neighboring steps to remind the passengers to be aware of the level sections both at the entrance and exit, resulting in increased security for the passengers.
Oil / water separator (Apply to outdoor type)
It separates the escalator oil and water. Rain exhausts through oil / water separator. We regularly clean oil mainly for the environmental protection purpose.
Skirt panel brush
The skirt board brushes, mounted on both sides of the skirt boards and located above the steps, can not only avoid the passengers' shoes to collide on the skirt boards but also effectively avoid the entry of foreign objects into the steps.
Heating device
Each escalator usually installs three heating devices. One is beside the host in the upper machine room. It mainly heats the host. The second is installed in the mid escalator. And the third is in the lower part. It mainly heats the whole escalator.
