High hardness and low friction coefficient: The hardness of 304 and 316 stainless steel is only about HV200, after our Kinshard treatment, the hardness can improve to 800-2000HV, and friction coefficient can be reduced from 0.8 to 0.3. These unique properties can greatly extend the uselife of machine components,tools,molds,watch parts,phone parts,etc.
Excellent anti-scratch and wear-resistant properties: After kinshard treatment, the stainless steel products will no longer be easy to be scratched and worn out, can keep the nice oulooking for a much longer time, greatly improve the durability. This is very valuable for high end consumer goods and other high end components.
