1. The application of flow switch
The HFS series of flow switch of our company is mainly used in water treatment systems, central air conditioning, water chilling units and other areas. It can applied into water, ethylene glycol and any other liquid that has no corrosion on phosphor copper and no influence on sealing performance.

2. The operating principle of flow switch
When flow rate exceeds the setting value, the fluid can push forward the blades and drive the micro switch on top through the mechanism inside the flow switch. The SPDT switch contact can conduct one return circuit and at the same time cut off another one. The flow switch is generally applied in the condition that needs interlocking or "electricity disconnection'protection. The amount and length of the blades can be adjusted to meet the needs of different pipe diameter and flow rate.

3. The overview of flow switch
The HFS series of flow switch has the advantages of SPDT output, good performance, high precision and reliability. It can be installed in water pipe or the liquid line that doesnt erode copper. When the liquid flow reaches a certain rate that is under the rated point, one return circuit will be closed and another will be opened.
HFS flow switch can be only used for liquid medium that is above 0  and also for the high-salt liquid. However, it is not classified as a dangerous liquid.
HFS flow switch can be installed outdoors and horizontally or vertically installed in pipelines.
HFS flow switch can be only used for operational control. The sense of responsibility of the installation personnel, the limit control and the video monitoring system must be strengthened in order to avoid the failure of control. 
Notes: the flow switch can not be struck by water, and the restrictor must be used if the speedy closing valve is installed in the downstream of the flow switch.
