The eCARBON high thermal conductivity graphite film is the first
industrialization product in domestic market. The minimum thickness of the graphite films is twelve microns. The maximum thermal conductivity is 1900w/m.k. It has good workability and can be trimmed or punched to any shape according to users’ need. In addition, it can be compounded with other film materials, or be gelatinized. Also, it has excellent flexibility and can be bended for thousands times. It is perfect solution of rapid heat dissipation for conversion from point heat source to face heat source. The eCARBON high thermal conductivity graphite film can be widely applied to high-power LEDs, smart mobile-phones, LED panels, tablet PCs and laptop computers.
