Software
"Notifier" software tool that resides on the Windows system tray, showing events occurring in the GlobeSurfer environment.  Events could be text messages (SMS) being received, phone calls being missed, ADSL modems being connected or firmware updates taking place.  The "Notifier" software is especially useful if the GlobeSurfer has been located in another room, or out of sight, and where the interactive color display is not within view.
