This line is used for recycling and granulating of PP/PE waste filaments, wste films, waste bags and non-woven cloth.
The screw and barral material is 38Cr MoaALA. After finish machining, shape and nitriding treatment, surface hardness HV>940, has high wear resistance and corrosion resistance.to improve plastic production, adopt double head screws and barrals, two cylinder inlets, special design to feeding and exhaust, two barrals are installed on bearing seat. Equipment has reasonable design, simple structure, easy maintenance, attractive apprearance and reliable performance.
