Treating process:

1.exhausting whitening process:

4BK: 0.05-0.8% (o.w.f.), bath ratio: 1: 30, dyeing temperature: 40°C -100°C; Na₂SO₄:0-10g/l.,start temperature :30°C , heating rate:1-2°C /min, keep the temperature at 50-100℃ for 20-40min, then lower to 50-30°C --> wash--> dry( 100°C ) --> setting (120°C -150°C )×1-2 min( add proper amount

leveling agent according to the leveling effect).

2. Padding Process:

4BK:0.5-5g/l, residue liquor ratio:100%, one dip and nip --> dry( 100°C )

-->setting (120°C -150°C )×1-2 min

Use:

Mainly be used as brightener of contton, linen, silk, polyamide fiber ,wool and paper.

It is packed in 20Kgs paper board bucket..It can be packed according to the requirement of the user.
