The machine's body,cabinet and other main components are due to one piece casting by using pearlite gray iron casting HT250.Comparing with the welded structure, iron casing is not easy to produce elastic and plastic deformation,thus greatly improved the accuracy of the work.the iron casting has good vibration absorbance,excellent abrasion performance and corrosion resistance,make the whole structure more stable,extends the service life of the machine.
