Production Introduction:
This product is a new model wooden exclusive formaldehyde scavenger, which is jointly developed by Mente Nano Technology Co., Ltd. and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. This product is a colorless transparent liquid, which PH value is neutral. When coated on the decorative plate, household wooden materials, it can permeate into the wooden materials, which will have action with residual free formaldehyde for a long time, and produce a non-toxic & stable matter, has the function of eliminating the harm of formaldehyde. This product and its reaction resultant are both non-toxic and non-harmful, so won’t cause secondary pollution. The reaction speed between this product and formaldehyde is fast, after spraying for 30 minutes, it will become effective, and after 24 hours, the rates of eliminating formaldehyde will up to 95%.

Usage:
1) Clean the dust on the wooden material’s surface

2) Spray directly or spray on all kinds of wooden furnitures’ inside or outside, and generally, the usage amount is 20-50g/m2. With regard to bare board, the usage amount can be added to 40-80 g/m2

3) Spray directly or spray on decorative board, raw material surface, the general usage amount is40-80 g/m2

4) The specific construction should be on the basis of the principle of “making the board wetting sufficiently, but not forming flow”, and controlled the spray amount. After finishing the construction, the board should be aeration-drying sufficiently.

5) If the amount of the board’s formaldehyde exceeds standard seriously, it can be handled repeatedly, and the spacing interval is 24 hours. is serious, it can be spray for several times.
