1 .You need to dia 112  when first to use  , no need to do it again when re boot the  .

The frist time unlock Step   

step 1 :After you put into the  .pls wating 1o seconds. "No service".and then it will be show that State is the top left corner Tip: Searching ...  

step 2 :when the signal show one.pls dia 112.  2 seconds stop it at once.and then let it back to the dia interface Automatic  

step 3:  pls press "home" key enter the Tabletop.and dia the "setting"-Turn on the Airplane mode and wating 10 seconds until you phone show No Sim , then dia OK and turn off right away.Your   will show “SIM Failure” and then “No SIM Card Installed”.pls dia ok.seconds later will be ok.  

step4:  pls find the ARS. the Signal will be show full
