The machine is specially designed for steel door panel pretreatment before door leaf assembeld, and  a plastic film will cover the pretreated and powder coated surface by film lamination machine to protect  the panel surface and to facilitate further  hydraulic pressing patterns on the panel without any damage to the coated layer.
  The machine employs complete program control design, quick process of degreasing, roughening, deactivation, and drying off steel panel, and outside dimensions is smaller than conventional phosphatizing equipment; and the adhesion of coated layer strengthened greatly, which will facilitate the successive mechanized processing, with higher productivity and the effluent is qualified.
Working principle:
The steel sheet metalwork need to be pretreated immersed in the chemical solution while two groups rolling stainless steel hairbrushes rotating to clean the surface of the metalwork continuously, and one or two group nylon hairbrushes rotating while clean water add to the surface of the metalwork, and finally the metalwork will be dried off by industrial fan.

4.1.4 Production capacity: For example of δ=0.7mm, L2000×W1000mm steel panel approx. 120 pieces per hour.
