We are capable of supplying various metal wire mesh discs; single-layer and multi-layer ones are both available. Regarding multi-layer mesh discs, the number and arrangement of welding spots can be produced according to your specific requirements. We can produce multi-layer mesh discs with welds. For example: plain steel wire mesh and stainless steel wire mesh can be welded together.
 

The main materials:

Stainlesssteel woven wire cloth(430 321 301 302 304 304L 316 316L etc), sintered mesh, phosphate bronze cloth and brass wire cloth galvanized wire mesh ,perforated metal mesh etc.

 Shape: It is divided into round, rectangle, hoop and ellipse etc, according to the outline. The frame can be S.S., 

aluminum and nickel copper and the filter can be single layer and multi-layer, Above all depends on the requirement of our customers. Any outline size and filtration rating available as the requirements of the customer.
