This machine is applied to manufacture 8mm bright copper rod by adopting atechnology of continuous casting and rolling. Cathode copper or red copper scrap ischosen as raw materials. This production line is composed of the following parts:melting furnace, holding furnace, stationary reverberatory furnace, 5-wheelcontinuous casting machine, automatic shearer, straightening & edge shaver, castingbar brushing machine, continuous rolling machine and orbital coiler, electrical control System, etc.
