Device description
The vacuum lifter/lifting gear (VLG) consists of the basic unit that can be combined with different
suction systems. The suction units are connected to the vacuum pump by hoses via a valve control. Filter systems protect the pumps against impurities. The VLG can be combined and operated with many different carrier facilities, such as excavators, wheel loaders, fork lifts.

• Low pressure indicator by manometer with coloured scale for easy recognition of the operating readiness of the lifting gear

systems
• Suction plate control via manual sliding valve / ball valve or optionally via remote control
• 2-fold safety already at 0.6 bar operating vacuum

• Unevenness is compensated to a high degree by the movable suspension of the suction plates
• The lifting gear meets the valid regulations of the Main Union of the Trade Employer's Associations „Load Suspension Facilities in Hoist Operation (VBG 9a)"
