1. Installation Notes

2. Principle that
Solar cells
Light produced by electricity, generated power directly to the electrolytic cell, and the electrolysis of water generates hydrogen and oxygen, hydrogen - oxygen into the fuel cell to generate electricity to drive the load operation.
3. Steps
1). Using screws PEM electrolyzer, PEM fuel cells and gas tank installed in the chassis.
2.) Components in the following order will be placed in the appropriate location.
3.) PEM electrolyzer with hose and gas tank.
4.) Adding water in the tank. PEM electrolyzer will be filled with water to the location shown in the figure.

6). Using wires connected solar cells and PEM electrolyzer (note the polarity! Red with red / black with black). If the polarity of the error, it will damage the PEM electrolyzer.

4. Safety Tips
PEM electrolyzer:
1). Only distilled or deionized water.
2). Attention to positive and negative polarity.
3). When using external DC power supply, working battery is not more than 0.6A.
4.) Completed the experiment, clear water in the electrolyzer. Sealed containers for the storage electrolyzer.
PEM fuel cells:
1). Do not apply external voltage output voltage will damage the fuel cell.
2.) Sealed containers for the storage PEM fuel cells.
Other:
1). Attention light to the solar panels from the best distance of 30cm. If the distance is too close, due to thermal and solar panels.
2). When using the hose PEM electrolyzer and PEM fuel cell to the gas tank, you should ensure that all components and hose connection airtight.
3). Do not remove the PEM electrolyzer and PEM fuel cell, or may cause damage.
