Maintenance:

1. Cut off the power adaptor, and ensure the hand machine is off. Clean the shell and the contact of the base with wet cloth or cotton.

2. Fiber could be sterilized by being soaked in 75% alcohol.

3. Please use the equipment with carefulness. Keep the equipment away from conductive liquid like water. Check the wire of the adaptor at least once a month, and take measure immediately if the power line is broken.

4. Store the equipment in the condition acquired above. Charge the battery at least once a month.

Service:

1. We provide free maintenance for quality problems for 1 year since the day the product is sold (exclude consumables like fiber). If qualified certificate of purchasing cannot be provided, we will count from the release date.

2. Maintenance fees would be asked under following conditions:

(1).Damages caused by operating, maintaining or storing without following the User Manuel, or by users’ own carelessness.

(2).Disassemble the machine self without professionals.

(3).Have no warranty card or certificate for purchasing, or alter them without permission.

(4).Irresistible factors (earthquake, flood, etc).

(5).Beyond the time limit of warranty.

If any request about the light guide rod is to be put forward, please keep the whole part of it together.
