The motor can rotate in 360°. The wheelhead can be rotated to start grinding the cutting tool of different materials at two side without replacing the wheelhead, so that the safety can be increased, time for interchanging and dressing of grinding wheel can be reduced, and the handling of cutting tool grinding can be enhanced.。
