Main functions and features

◎The fluff adopts forming drum or aggregate pulp supply unit . The functions are complete. It can produce three types of puppy diapers (L, M, S) with a few parts changed.

◎It has top sheet non woven, back sheet, film, waistband, frontal tape and side tape feeding devices.

◎Both sides with leak proof cuffs. Material for stereo shield is cut and shaped by hot press on the equipment. It adheres to elastic ribbon to be formed for side leakage proof.

◎Main raw materials are used with unwinding, tension control system.

◎After the side arcs are shaped, the wings will be three-folded lengthwise. The diaper pads will output in line and easy for packing.
