Spray molybdenum wire is regular covered with graphite, after removed graohite, it is metallic luster. Used for thermal spray.
Diameter have 1.6mm, 2.3mm, 3.17 mm, length can be 310m, unit weight is 25kg.
Such as piston ring, synchronizer ring, shift element, Thin layers of molybdenum are sprayed thermically on surfaces of mechanically strongly stressed automobile parts to increase their abrasion resistance. Furthermore, molybdenum spray wire is applied as an intermediate layer in the case of repairs of machine parts, such as bearing shells and shafts, because of the lacking adhesion of steel layers to steel without intermediate molybdenum layers.
