Purpose

          The volume of the material in the temperature sensing bulb of thermostat will inflat or deflat when the temperature of the controlled object varies, which causes the bellow connected to the temperature sensing bulb inflating or deflating, and then drives the switch on or off through a leverage function to keep a constant temperature.

Note

•      Customer shall make the order according to the character of his/her products and the range of temperature to be controlled
•  Install the thermostat correctly, and keep the temperature sensing bulb closely contact the surface where temperature need to be controlled in order to well fulfill its performance.
• Do not squash the temperature sensing bulb in case of invalidation
•  Avoid the conductive gas and matters entering the thermostat or staining its surface, to prevent its electric insulation from being influenced.
• Do not use over-length M4 screw for bracket installation, otherwise temperature thermostat’s performance will be destroyed.
• The switch box is a ceramic item and therefore should be handled carefully
• The bending radius of capillary should not be less than 5mm.
