PDC bits can be divided into PDC steel body bits and PDC matrix body bits. PDC matrix body bits are manufactured with a cast bits body of tungsten carbide matrix powder bonded with a copper-nickel alloy binder. This makes these bits ideal for hard and abrasive applications. The body of PDC steel body bits is made from premium alloy steel. Hardfacing is applied in critical areas to prolong bits life. PDC steel body bits have higher bade standoff and longer junk slot areas than equivalent matrix bits. This makes these bits capable of delivering very high ROP in soft formations.

In PDC matrix body bits, the blades number and profile, cutters size and crown arrangement are designed according to different formations. The anti-vibration design enhances the bits drilling stability and prevents the cutters unexpected damage. The balanced hydraulic design increases the capability of anti-balling.

We mainly manufacture PDC matrix body bits sized from 4 1/2" to 12 1/4".
