Fully automatci plastic film flattening and slicing machine forms a production line for making plastic cylinders with our microcomputer cylinder gluing machine and curling side machine; forms another production line for making folding boxes with our plastic box folder and gluer and our synchronal welding and cutting machine.

Characteristics:

1. It adopts automatic temperature contol, first flattens materials, then slices them into pieces in succession, making products flat and smooth.

2. It is double face laminating, corona equipped and servo system, human-machine interface control. cutting speed, length and quantity can be preset, saving manpower an dimproving quality and efficiency.

3. Utilize vatiable frequency speed regulating to feed and servo contol system to pull sheet with high slicing precision, functions like simple slitting, static eliminator system, multiple feeding, automatic sheet kicker and photoelectric counting, ets are available as options.

4. With structure of electrical heat tube and heating oils, our machines remain heat very well. We adopt PLC humanity interface contol system to set 3 rollers temperature seperately, ensuring better flattening effects.
