Electric conducting fiber series are produced by means of bicomponent spinning. Its filament products can be doubled with other yarns to produce electric conducting fabric while conducting staple can be blended or interwoven with wool, cotton and chemical fiber. It can be directly blended during mixing and drawing process.

Bicomponent electric conducting filament
First double electric conducting filament with other yarns and embed them into other yarns or fibers of the same denier with a certain interval or with mosaic layout as per requirement, then carry out knitting or weaving.

Specs: 20D/4F, 30D/4F, 60D/8F

Bicomponent electric conducting staple fiber
Blend or interweave with cotton wool and chemical fiber with adding percentage of 1-5%. It is added during mixing or drawing.

Specs: 1.5D*51mm, 3D*51mm
