With material of Dupont Sorona plus normal PET, through advanced bicomponent spinning process technology, CONTEX™ Is known as a new type of bicomponent elastic yarn with natural and permanent spiral crimpness, excellent bulkiness, color fastness, elasticity and elastic recovery, as well as extremely soft hand feel. It has overcome defects of spandex yarn in respects of high temperature, ageing, alkaline and chlorine resistance.

Features
Advantages: It has not only solved many problems of spandex yarn like dyeing difficulty, excessive elasticity, complicated weaving process, unstable fabric dimensions and susceptibility to ageing in case of use, but also can be directly woven on air-jet, water-jet and rapier looms, not like spandex yarn, which can be woven only after being made into covered yarn. This reduces yarn cost and increases uniformity of product quality, fabric products of which are endowed with following features:
A. Comfortable elasticity and elastic recovery, extremely stable shrinkage and long-lasting fabric elasticity
B. Soft hand feel, ideal stiffness and drapability
C. Smooth surface and wrinkle resistance of the fabric

ST100 of fine denier being suitable for both knitting and weaving elastic fabric
ST100 of coarse denier being suitable for denim and heavy elastic fabric

Underclothes fabric
Light and thin, close-fitting, dry and comfortable, free from problems of ageing and pilling due to existence of spandex yarn

Denim fabric
Proper and comfortable elasticity, better dyeability than other elastic fabrics, high degree of color fastness, smooth fabric, good wrinkle resistance, it can be washed, ironed, and finished at will and its good dimensional stability makes it easy keep.

Sportswear fabric

Coat fabric

Colored woven fabric
Customer can feel the richness, brightness and clear color of the fabric, which can be kept for a long time. This can fully cater to fashion designers' need of various color combination. Shirts being made of this fabric are naturally wrinkle resistant and can be easily kept.
