Now I will introduce one new product – Aluminums Alloy Border Frame Clip to you, which is that we have the patent and it is developed in recent days. There are several features of the product as follows
First of all, please pay particular attention to the differences between the structure of the framework profiles. （as figure A showed）
The normal clips of spring steel clip will be poor flexibility when it is used for many times, not only the elastic force of clamping becomes inconsistent, and also is fatigue to degradation. Especially it isn’t suitable to clamp the fabric with different specifications of the thickness. The surface of the clip is easy to wear and corrode, it will pollute the fabric even break it.
As the normal clips of steel clip with instable tension leads moving quality defects or dislocated patterns, and even it is easier to make the embroidery scrapped, the entire embroidery style of multi-needle.
Obviously, the normal clips with spring steel clip is not coordination with the overall framework of aluminum alloy.
Operative workers consume large physical ability to clamp the clip, it is easy to split the fabric during the processing to clamp the clip.There are any other defects and so on.
